The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSG 2018, DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.

If we pass on data to external service providers, appropriate technical and organizational measures will be taken to ensure that the transfer is in accordance with the legal provisions of data protection.

    1. When contacting us by e-mail, the information provided by the user will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise.
    2. If you send us a message via a contact form on our website, we will receive your message as an e-mail. In doing so, the provision of personal data in the form of an e-mail address, your name and, if applicable, a telephone number is required so that we know from whom the inquiry originates and so that we can answer your inquiry. Further personal data can be provided voluntarily if necessary.
    3. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO, § 95 TKG. We use the personal data to respond to your request and (if you wish) also to initiate a contract.
    4. We do not pass on this data without your consent, unless this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we can not conclude the contract with you. This also applies in particular to applications via the e-mail addresses.
  2. ACCESS DATA/ SERVER LOG FILES
    1. The provider (or its web space provider) collects data about accesses to the website (so-called server log files). The access data includes: Name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the website previously visited), IP address and the requesting provider.
    2. The provider uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of the operation, security and optimization of the website. However, the provider reserves the right to check the log data retrospectively if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete indications.
  3. HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA
    1. We automatically collect and store in our server log files information that your browser sends to us. These are: Browser type/version Operating system used Referrer URL (the previously visited page), Host name of the accessing computer (IP address) Time of the server request. This data cannot be assigned to specific persons by the provider. A combination of this data with other data sources is not made, the data is also used only for statistical analysis.
    2. Personal data is only collected, used and passed on by the provider if this is legally permitted or the users consent to the data collection.
  4. COOKIES
    1. We would like to point out that we use cookies in the context of visiting our website for advertising and communication purposes, for carrying out the login (or registration), request and for SPAM prevention (see also http://www.allaboutcookies.org/ge/). These are small text files that are stored on your terminal device with the help of the browser. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

  5. GOOGLE ANALYTICS
    1. Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics, a web analysis service of the Google Inc ("Google") in the USA, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider's server and stored there.     2. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf.     5. The data processing is also based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO. Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website.
  6. YOUR RIGHTS
    1. You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection.
